I was a dancer for more than 23 years and every one of my teachers screamed out “dance full out!” This is one example of what “Dancing Full Out” looks like to me… graceful and extraordinary. Dance is an art that every living thing does to celebrate and feel the vibration of life itself. Dance… even when you are the only one that hears the music.

"Dance Full Out"... means to use your body and movement in a full and expanded way.  To take each movement and give it all you've got.  To play big and not to hold anything back.  Dancing full out is a great metaphor for life.
